This competition encourages WA Hockey clubs to create healthy environments for their members and patrons! DESIRED CRITERIA
Bonus points will be issues to clubs for participation in the following events. Bonus points will be viewed favourably when assessing Golden Goal Competition applications.
5 points for any club competing in:
Fuel To Go & Play Junior Club Championships
Inclusion of Fuel To Go & Play messaging into club newsletters
Golden Goal Competition entries, including evidence, must be submitted before 4pm, Monday 21 August 2023.
Winners will be announced on Saturday 16 September at the 2023 Hockey WA Grand Final Day

The Healthy Hero Competition inspires Hockey WA Junior Members to design a healthy lunch box and tell us why it is important to eat healthy foods, drink water and to fuel their body to perform at their best!

There's some great prizes up for grabs! Two (2) monthly winners in May, June and July will receive a $50 Rebel Sport voucher and Fuel To Go & Play Prize Pack!
Who can enter? Hockey WA registered junior members (born no later than 2009). Only one entry is permitted per person.
How can I enter? Hockey WA requests entrants to use the provided entry form, inside the Healthy Hockey Activity Booklet, to design a healthy lunch box and provide an explanation of why it’s important to eat healthy foods. |
