The Perth Thundersticks Academy aims to develop a broader and deeper base of talent for HWA state team programs and provides more opportunities to athletes’ in the preadolescent years of athlete development.
The program offers higher quality development environments for aspiring talent, education and development support in priority talent development areas for athletes, parents and aspiring coaches and touch point programs more appropriately spaced and infused into athlete commitments across the calendar year
