COMPETITION REMINDERS

All sticks must be taped at the bottom when playing at Perth High Performance Centre (HPC) and NetX Joondalup
Facemasks are compulsory to defend penalty corners - all metal masks must be taped top and bottom
Each team is required to provide an umpire for their game
Every team is responsible to set up or pack down the court where required

Seniors		Four 10-minute quarters Two-minute quarter-time breaks Four-minute changeovers
Juniors		Two 20-minute halves Three-minute half time break Five-minute changeovers
