To lodge a Game Dispute/Protest, please email Hockey WA your account of the match to define how you think the Game Report should be disputed.

Please note that Game disputes must solely be in relation to the information recorded for the game. Misconduct cards cannot be disputed except in the case of mistaken identity, and disagreement over scores should be addressed through the submission/confirmation of results. This mechanism is solely for the purpose of identifying teams that potentially played ineligible players or other breaches of by-laws.
