Hockey WA are now taking nominations for players wishing to be considered for the 2027 Open State Indoor Men's and Women's Teams.

These trials will be used to select one State Team per gender to attend the Hockey Australia Indoor National Championships in Melbourne 9-13th January 2027.

As with all State Teams programs funding is user pay and athletes acknowledge that they have the financial capacity to meet these costs.

Players need to organise their own flights.  The team will have a 2 day camp in the lead up to Nationals to train at the venue so players need to fly in on the 6th January and fly out on the 13th January.

All players must order uniform by the 31st January

Following Trial 1, numbers will be reduced and attendance to Trial 2 is by selection only. Athletes will be notified of their progression via the Hockey WA website.

Players are expected to attend all subsequent trials and training sessions should they be successful in progressing through the selection process.
