2026 KMSB YOUTH INTERNATIONAL GRYPHON CUP

The 2026 KMSB Youth International Gryphon Cup (YIGC) for boys and girls will be held in Perth from Thursday 26th November to Sunday 29th November 2026. 

Nominations are now open to boys and girls for selection in the OMSB Outbacks Teams. In 2026, OMSB is coming on board as the team's major sponsor.  There will be ONE Regional boys team and ONE regional girls team selected from these Regional trials. 

Venue: Perth Hockey Stadium.

Trial Date: 

Saturday 3rd October @ 12.00pm to 3.00pm (Girls Turf 1, Boys Turf 2)

Sunday 4th October @ 9.00am to 12.00am (Girls) Turf 1, Boys Turf 2.

COB Tuesday 6th October 2026.

Athlete Costs

Trial Nomination Fee: $85.00 

Tournament Fee: $250.00 (upon successful selection) Note: Do not pay this fee unless selected and link is sent to your email you register with. 

If you are successful in gaining entry into one of the teams, you will be required to pay a tournament fee of $250.00. This price includes the tournament fees and a uniform consisting of a shirt, shorts and a pair of socks. A new uniform design has been crafted for this year's tournament, and as mentioned earlier, OMSB again has confirmed their involvement with the team. In addition to the uniform, the costs include tournament fees, umpiring and turf costs. 

Tournament Preparation:
In addition to the tournament, there will be weekend trainings/games for selected athletes. After last year, we wanted to provide better preparation opportunities for regional athletes who needed to create better connections as a team before the event commenced. 

Training /Matches will be decided shortly and sent to you, should you be selected into the team.
