The incredible talent of regional hockey players from across Western Australia will take centre stage as the CBH Group Country Championships return in 2025.

Over two action-packed weekends, teams from as far as the Great Southern in the south to the Pilbara in the north will descend on Perth, all competing for the coveted title of regional champions in one of WA’s premier hockey events.

Held across Perth Hockey Stadium and Fletcher Park, the Championships are a true celebration of regional hockey, showcasing the skill, passion, and community spirit that define the sport in WA’s vast country areas.

This year’s event will feature a total of 74 teams, with hundreds of players, coaches, officials, and supporters expected to take part in this long-standing tradition.

The Championships also serve as a key selection event for athletes hoping to represent WA at the 2025 Hockey Australia Country Championships, in Rockhampton, QLD this August.

Ahead of the Women’s matches, regional coaches and umpires will have the opportunity to sharpen their skills at an Umpire Briefing and a Regional Coach Development Workshop on Thursday 12 June.
