Food and Beverage Manager (Perth Hockey Stadium)

Hockey WA is the governing body responsible for providing West Australians with the opportunity to play hockey from junior levels through to elite competition. 

Reporting to the General Manager Business Operations the Food and Beverage Manager will be responsible for the delivery of high-quality food and beverage options to patrons of Perth Hockey Stadium. Key responsibilities of the roles will include but not be limited to:

  1. Being a key component of the venue management team 
  2. Managing a team of bar and cafe staff 
  3. Meeting statutory obligations regarding food and beverage operations
  4. Stock control and financial reporting.
