Published Thu 27 Aug 2026

The Fuel to Go & Play Indoor Club Championships are returning for 2026, and nominations are now open for clubs to enter their teams.

This year's junior indoor hockey championships will take place across two venues during the September and October school holidays, providing young players with the opportunity to experience the fast-paced and exciting format of indoor hockey.

The championships bring together club teams from Years 5 through 12, offering a fun and competitive environment focused on skill development, teamwork and participation.

The Years 7 to 12 Championships will return to Mundaring Arena from Tuesday 29 September to Friday 2 October, while the Years 5 and 6 competition will be held at NetX in Joondalup on Monday 5 October and Tuesday 6 October.

While the Years 7/8/9 and Years 10/11/12 competitions will be contested in separate Boys and Girls divisions, the Years 5 and 6 competition will be run as a mixed competition, with no restrictions on the gender composition of teams.

Teams can look forward to playing six to seven mini-games throughout the event, creating plenty of opportunities for player development, skill-building and team engagement.
