Hockey WA Casual Positions Vacant

Hockey WA is looking for a number of casual staff for the upcoming 2022 season.  Please note that a knowledge or love of hockey is not an essential criteria for persons considering contacting Hockey WA for one of these casual roles: 

• Bar and Café Staff- working mainly weekends, we are looking for people who are able to provide excellent customer service to the hockey community.  Under the guidance of a new food and beverage manager Hockey WA is seeking to make some refreshing changes to the service we can provide.

• Ground Controllers – ground staff needed for days when fixtures are played at Perth Hockey Stadium.  This is an interesting casual role that is mostly weekend and evening work, ideal for a student or individual who likes helping people participate in an exciting community sport. Some use of technology and a current first aid certificate are required to help us deliver the 2022 hockey season.

• Grounds Maintenance – A casual role required for a number of short shifts to clean the playing surface and set up Perth Hockey Stadium for upcoming bookings. Four to six hours a week, this role requires someone passionate about doing a good job and is prepared to drive a small ride on sweeper.
