WA U21 Men's Coaches - EOI

Hockey WA is currently seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced Head Coaches and Assistant Coaches for the WA Under-21 Outdoor State Men’s Team in 2022. Applicants will be required to address the following criteria in an email to the General Manager – Talent Development and Asian Engagement, Dean Evans at dean.evans@hockeywa.org.au

• Coaching accreditation level
• Coaching experience
• References x 2

All State Team coaching programs in 2022 will be afforded development opportunities and mentoring support in accordance with the Hockey WA Coach Development Pathway Model including a direct alignment with the Perth Thundersticks and WAIS coaching teams.

Successful applicants will be expected to plan and deliver a preparation program of between 2 and 3 sessions per week with support from the Hockey WA and WAIS Coaches from the selection date to tournament beginning. Your accommodation will be paid for and you will receive an honorarium in lieu of other expenses.

2022 Under 21 National Championship details are as follows:

• Dates: 20-27 July
• Where: Perth, WA
• Trials on Wed 4 & Wed 11 May at PHS.
• Trainings on Mon and Wed evenings at PHS commencing Monday 16 May
