2026 Primary School Hockey Carnival - Narrogin Team Nomination Form

The Narrogin Primary School Hockey Festival provides a FREE, fun-filled day of hockey action, with competitions available for schools to enter teams of students from Years 4, 5 & 6.

DETAILS:
- Friday, 14th August 2026 at Upper Great Southern Hockey Association
- Matches will be 5-a-side, comprising of mixed teams made up of Year 4, 5 and 6 students
- The carnival will be a Round-Robin format
- Each school is required to provide ONE umpire
- Games to commence approximately 9:30am and conclude with presentations at approximately 2:00pm
- Players will be required to wear mouthguards and shinpads during all matches
- Event schedule and fixtures will be emailed to your school once numbers are confirmed
