State Player Availability Form - Gryphon Cup 2026

The 2026 KMSB Youth International Gryphon Cup will be happening once again in Perth from 26^th – 29^th November!

Team nominations are currently open and HWA are checking in on player availability.

The championship will commence with an opening ceremony on Wednesday 25th November, early evening. The tournament will run from Thursday 26th November through to Sunday 29th November, hosted across 2 locations PHS and Melville Toyota Hockey Stadium.

Specific timings and details will be confirmed closer to the event. Please complete this form by 26th July 2026 so we can start to work on the finer details.

We understand that things may change between now and November, so don't stress too much about that. For those new to Gryphon Cup, once teams are finalised we provide a letter to school's to seek participation, it is however your school's final decision.

Please note that this is an Under 16 event, therefore, any athlete born on or after 1 January 2010 is age eligiable.

What team were you in for U16 Championships*

Are you available for the opening ceremony, Wednesday 25th Nov, typically early evening e.g. same time around or after 5pm*

Day 1 Tournament, are you available to play Thursday 26th morning till midday?*

Are you available to play in the afternoon of Thursday 26th Nov, 12pm-7pm*

Day 2 Tournament, are you available to play Friday morning?*

Are you available to play Friday afternoon?*

Are you available to play Saturday and Sunday?*
