Association Development Framework Survey

As part of our ongoing commitment to enhancing the sustainability and growth of hockey in Western Australia, Hockey WA is implementing a Regional Association Development Framework. This initiative builds on work done with metropolitan clubs over the past 12 months through the Club Development Framework and Competition Review, with the framework now being adapted with a regional lens. 

This framework aims to provide a comprehensive assessment of association health and identify areas for improvement and support. 

Hockey WA have already conducted an initial internal assessment of metropolitan clubs, and we now invite all regional associations to participate in this survey. Your input is crucial in helping us refine our understanding of each association's current status and future potential. The information you provide will help us tailor our support and resources to meet the specific needs of your club and the broader hockey community.

This survey will be focusing on key areas such as participation growth, facilities, governance maturity, and development of coaches, umpires, and officials. Your honest and thorough responses will play a vital role in shaping the future of hockey in our state.
