Nominations open for 2025 Fuel to Go & Play Club Championships

Bring your energy, teamwork, and passion—team nominations are now open for the 2025 Fuel to Go & Play Indoor Club Championships, proudly hosted by Hockey WA!

This year, the action heads to Mundaring Arena from Monday, 6 October to Friday, 10 October, where teams will compete in a series of exciting mini games.

The indicated dates for each tournament are as follows:

UNDER-18 INDOOR CLUB CHAMPIONSHIPS

Monday 6 October to Wednesday 8 October

UNDER-16 INDOOR CLUB CHAMPIONSHIPS

Wednesday 8 October to Friday 10 October

UNDER-14 INDOOR CLUB CHAMPIONSHIPS

Monday 6 October to Wednesday 8 October

UNDER-12 INDOOR CLUB CHAMPIONSHIPS

Thursday 9 October to Friday 10 October

There is one nomination form for all age groups. 

Please note that the form is web-based (RevSPORT). Once you have finished and submitted the form, Hockey WA will be notified that your team nominations are in. With regards to Nomination Fees, Hockey WA will send an Invoice to your Association once all nominations have been received, which will not be until closer to the date of the Championships.

Please do not send any money to Hockey WA until you have received the Invoice.

Nominations close Monday 29 September.

Late nominations will not be accepted unless there is a vacancy.
