Ahead of a blockbuster year of hockey in Western Australia, Hockey WA and the Perth Thundersticks are pleased to welcome Polytan as a partner in 2024.

Polytan has come on board as an Official Sponsor of Hockey WA and an Official Supporting Partner of Perth Thundersticks Hockey One home games.

In this exciting new partnership, Polytan will hold the naming rights to the VIP marquee at each of the Perth Thundersticks’ three home games at Perth Hockey Stadium, as well as having one goal end designated as the ‘Poligras End’.

Polytan Asia Pacific General Manager Paul Kamphuis said after working with Hockey WA for many years, he was pleased to formalise the relationship.

“From the Perth Thundersticks to the Hockey Australia High Performance Unit, we are so proud that Australia’s best hockey players are training and competing on our Poligras pitches at the Perth Hockey Stadium and throughout WA,” he said.

Hockey WA chief executive Fabian Ross said he was incredibly thankful for Polytan's support, strengthening an "already wonderful" relationship as the turf supplier for Perth Hockey Stadium.

"We are thrilled to have them on board for our Perth Thundersticks home matches in 2024, which will allow us to improve and elevate our offerings for our membership on Hockey One game days," he said.
